A Divorce is a long battle waged on several fronts.  The selection of an attorney is critical.  Your attorney needs to be both Experienced and Aggressive, and must chart a comprehensive path to success for the client.

As a United States Marine Corps Veteran who served in Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm, David M. Boyd does not shy away from a fight.  Mr. Boyd is best suited for a difficult or "nasty" divorce.  Mr. Boyd is not intimidated and enjoys the confrontation afforded in a divorce action. 

The Boyd Firm is extremely selective in choosing clients.  We take on only a select number of new divorce clients per month.  The reason is simple - fewer clients equates directly into more time and attention in handling those cases.   

Make no mistake, the Firm demands a great deal from their clients.  Beginning with a retainer which is large by design, the clients of the Firm are expected to follow the strategy charted by the Firm, and to resist the temptation to take the easy path by either giving in, or giving up.
