Motorcycle Wrecks

Motorcyle Wrecks are Always Serious.

As a Harley rider and lifetime HOG Member, David M. Boyd understands the dangers, as well as the excitment of riding a Motorcycle.

David Boyd began riding off-road Motorcycles before he had a license to drive a car.  Mr. Boyd has a spirit that seeks both adventure and excitment, like most Bikers.  It was this desire that led Mr. Boyd to enlist in the United States Marine Corps while he was still in high school.  Mr. Boyd is a United States Marine Corps Veteran who served in combat during the first Gulf War.

Choosing the right Lawyer to handle your motorcycle injury case is critical.  You need a Lawyer who understands the dangers faced by Bikers, as well as one who is an active part of the Biker Community.  Perhaps most importantly, you need an Aggressive Trial Lawyer.  You would be hard pressed to find a more Aggressive Trial Lawyer than David Boyd. Mr. Boyd will aggressivley represent you if you are involved in a collision while on your Bike.

Attorney David Boyd regularly speaks to motorcycle groups and clubs throughout the area regarding the issues Bikers encounter.  These topics range from issues concerning insurance coverage for Bikers and their bikes, as well as the particulars of what to do when the unthinkable happens and a Biker is involved in a collision.

The Boyd Firm has created a Riders Card for empowering Bikers with knowledge of both what to do, as well as what should not be done, following an accident. The Riders Card is a powerful reminder designed to provide useful and important information to all bikers involved in an accident.  To obtain your Riders Card, free of charge, simply contact The Boyd Firm at 865-246-1800 or email the Firm utilizing the form found below.

Mr. Boyd cares about the Riding Community because he is fortunate enough to ride himself. In 2010 Mr. Boyd individually rode his Harley Davidson Street Glide to Sturgis, South Dakota, for their world famous annual rally.

In 2011, The Boyd Firm conceived and implimented "The Ride to Support Sacrifice."  This ride honored the ultimate sacrifice given by a fellow United States Marine and Tennesseean, Sgt. Balduf.  Sgt. Balduf was a Bronze Star recipient and was unfortunately killed in action while in Afghanistan. His funeral garnered protesters from a fundamentalist midwestern church.  The Boyd Firm was thrilled to be able to support his ultimate sacrifice and to confront Sgt. Balduf's funeral protesters.  To read more about the ride, visit this Link.

Recently in 2013, The Boyd Firm served as a corporate sponsor for the Tennessee HOG Rally, held in Maryville, Tennessee.  At the rally, Bikers were given free gifts and instructions regarding handling a collision.

If you are involved in collision while on your Bike contact The Boyd Firm immediately.

The Boyd Firm will aggressivley represent you and your interests.  We will pursue the responsible party and ensure that you are treated fairly, and that your injuries receive the highest level of medical treatment and care.  Once medical treatment is concluded, The Boyd Firm will Aggressively represent you to ensure that you are fully compensated for your financial loss.

The Boyd Firm is proud to represent Bikers and to be a part of the Biker Community.
